§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe Advisory Committee which my right hon. Friend the President of the Board proposes to appoint to assist the Controller of Coal Mines will, I understand, be representative so far as possible of the various districts. It was not considered necessary to consult the local associations of coal owners. My right hon. Friend and my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade will speak for the Controller in the House of Commons.
