HC Deb 21 February 1917 vol 90 c1308
87. Mr. HOGGE

asked the Minister of Pensions whether he will circulate with the Votes the Memorandum drawn up between the Ministry and the Statutory Committee relative to the powers and duties of both?

The MINISTER of PENSIONS (Mr. Barnes)

The Departmental arrangements between the Pensions Ministry and the Statutory Committee are at this stage largely of an experimental character, and may require revision in the light of experience. I do not, therefore, think that it would be advisable at this stage to give these internal arrangements the publicity indicated in my hon. Friend's question. I will, however, be happy to supply him with details if he will see me personally on the subject.
