§ The SECRETARY of STATE for INDIA (Mr. Chamberlain)Of the representatives of India only the Secretary of State will be a member of the War Cabinet for the purpose of these special sittings. My colleagues from India will not be members of the Cabinet, but, generally speaking, they will accompany me to its sittings and will take such part in its deliberations as the subjects under discussion may require.
