TERRELLasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he 794 is aware that there is dissatisfaction amongst many of the provincial newspaper proprietors at the treatment which they are receiving from the Paper Commission; and whether he will see that all parties desiring to do so be given the opportunity of attending before the Commission and being personally heard on the question of restricted allowance and price to be paid before a decision is arrived at?
Mr. ROBERTSI was not previously aware of the dissatisfaction referred to, but if the hon. and learned Member will let me have particulars, I will consult the Paper Commission on the subject.
