§ The CHANCELLOR of the EXCHEQUER (Mr. Bonar Law)A letter has been received by the Prime Minister from Lord Balfour of Burleigh's Committee convoying some, resolutions which have been adopted by that Committee. This communication will be laid upon the Table of the House.
