asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether, as regards the honours conferred upon military officers in recognition of gallant and resourceful conduct during the rebellion in Ireland, a similar announcement is to be expected as regards the officers of the Navy and the Royal Naval Reserves who played a prominent part in quelling the rebellion.
