HC Deb 12 February 1917 vol 90 c244
8. Mr. WHITTY

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether the permanent-way men on the Great Northern Railway (Ireland) have received the increased war bonus promised by the Government; and, if not, whether he will see that these men are immediately paid on the higher scale with arrears as and from 16th December, 1916?

Mr. ROBERTS

The railway company inform me that the increased war bonus has been paid to all their permanent-way men as from the 16th December.
