Motion made, and Question proposed, "That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys to be provided by Parliament of salaries, remuneration, and other expenses payable under any Act of the present Session, to make provision for the billeting of persons engaged in work of national importance for the purposes of the present Warr."—[Sir Worthington Evans.]

I understand from the Patronage Secretary that this is the last Order the Government propose to take, and that they are not taking the Committee stage of the Bill.
