May I ask the Noble Lord the Patronage Secretary whether he can make any announcement as to the course of business to-morrow, and in particular when he proposes to deal with such Amendments as the Lords may have made to the Parliament and Local Elections Bill?

We pro- pose to-morrow to complete the Second' Reading of this Bill by eleven o'clock and We shall suspend the Eleven o'Clock Rule for the sole purpose of taking the-Lords Amendments to the Parliament and Local Elections Bill.
