HC Deb 19 April 1917 vol 92 c1805
34. Mr. LUNDON

asked whether, in view of the increase of tillage throughout Ireland, any steps are being taken for the purpose of setting up corn mills so as to meet adequately the necessities of the coming harvest?

Mr. DUKE

The Department of Agriculture have been giving assistance by means of loans and expert advice for the equipment of mills in Ireland, and are continuing to do so.
