§ Mr. FORSTERIt has been decided that the schedule of prices will be based on an increase of 50 per cent. above the average prices paid in June and July, 1914. It should be noted that the schedule of prices will be based on average prices, and that the actual price received by each farmer will, of course, depend on the quality and condition of the wool.
