§ The SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Balfour)It has been reported that certain quantities of rabbits and chickens have recently been exported from Holland to Germany. Under existing arrangements any such export entails an export to the United Kingdom of an equivalent quantity of meat.
