§ Dr. ADDISONI am aware that time has been lost at pits in this district as in others owing to shortage of wagons, but 895 I cannot trace the particular instance to which my hon. Friend refers. The matter has been taken up with the Railway Executive Committee, and active steps are being taken to increase the number and to improve the use of railway wagons.
