§ Dr. MACNAMARAThe publication was delayed until it could be established whether this hospital ship was sunk by mine or torpedo, and the naval opinion that she was torpedoed confirmed by the official statement which was circulated by wireless from Berlin. My right hon. Friend has no statement to make about reprisals.
