Mr. RUNCIMANFrom the results of the inquiries I have made, it would appear that the consignment to which the question refers is the same as that regarding which my hon. Friend asked a question on 4th July last, and which was sent to the soap factory early in February, in consequence of damage from sea-water. If my hon. Friend knows of other instances, I shall be obliged if he will furnish me with particulars.
