Member for North Somerset, which was read at Bow Street on Friday last, in which it was stated that a speech in this House which was not reported in the Press had been translated and published in full in Switzerland and Germany, presumably from the official verbatim Reports; and if he will state if the Official Reports of Debates are allowed to be sent or taken out of this country without any restrictions?
