§ Mr. BONAR LAWWith regard to the first part of the question, I cannot, at present, say more than that the committees appointed to deal with the various educational questions are pursuing their inquiries. In reply to the second part of the question, my Noble Friend the Lord President of the Council is, at my request, acting as Chairman of the Reviewing Committee, which position he undertook before he was appointed President of the Board of Education. I propose to circulate the terms of reference of this Committee with the OFFICIAL REPORT.—[See Written Answers.]
