§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. Runciman)I have decided to combine the existing Commercial Intelligence Branch of the Board of Trade and the Exhibitions Branch into a new and enlarged Commercial Intelligence Department. The reorganisation of the Department is now proceeding.
