Mr. SAMUELThe finding of the military Court cannot be promulgated until it has been confirmed by the proper military authority. I have not yet received information of the result. With regard to the second part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave him on 22nd November in reply to a similar question. The answer to the last part is in the negative.
