Mr. SNOWDENasked the President of the Local Government Board whether ho is aware of the practice of the Central Tribunal in applying to the local tribunal for information in cases which have been referred to them by an Appeal Tribunal; and if he will say whether in such cases the information so obtained is submitted to the appellant in order that he may answer any misstatements that may have been made?
