§ The PRIME MINISTERThe Antwerp Expedition was only an incident in an extensive plan of operations, and it would be impossible to submit the whole of the relevant Papers without disclosing matters which, for military reasons, it is undesirable at present to disclose.
§ Mr. HOUSTONWill the right hon. Gentleman take into consideration the fact that the publication of the official Papers might deprive the ex-First Lord of a profitable weekly source of income?
