Mr. DENNISSasked the Prime Minister whether the Interdepartmental Committee on the Blind Aid Bill, which was appointed in 1914 to inquire into the -condition of the blind, has made any and what progress; and whether, if it has reported, the Government will publish the same and embody their recommendations in a Bill?
