§ Mr. PRETYMANThe wheaten flour now used in making bread in France is required to contain not less than 80 per cent. of the weight of the wheat. The admixture of flour other than wheat flour is not compulsory, but is permitted on condition that bread made from such mixed flours is sold under a name accurately describing its nature.
