§ 39. Sir CHARLES HENRYasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that, whereas German prisoners in the camp at Rouen are housed in huts, well heated, and supplied with bedsteads and the necessary bedding, the British soldiers in the vicinity of the camp are in tents and without bedsteads; and will he have attention directed so that the British soldiers may be placed in at least as favourable conditions as the German prisoners?
§ Mr. FORSTERI have caused an inquiry to be addressed to the military authorities in France in regard to this matter.
