DALZIELasked whether, in view of the fact that goods are allowed to be shipped to Holland on the guarantee of the Netherlands Overseas Trust, he will make it a condition that the Trust shall make returns of all firms who have been fined for breaking their undertaking not to export such goods to the enemy, so that they may be placed on the black list?
