§ Mr. PRETYMANMr. Breitmeyer is a member of the Diamond Exports Committee, of which Mr. A. Mosely, C.M.G., is chairman. Mr. Breitmeyer was naturalised in October, 1914; I understand that he is of German birth, but he has lived in this country for many years.
