§ Mr. PRETYMANThe steps which have been taken have resulted in a considerable improvement in the position, but it is still of importance that users of petrol should endeavour to restrict their consumption to the utmost extent possible. With regard to the last part of the question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given to the question which he asked on the 21st August.
