Mr. LYNCHasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the fact that? certain princes of German nationality have become Members of the House of Lords by virtue of their birth as princes of the Royal Family here, he will promote legislation restricting membership of the House of Lords to those who are esteemed, as may be ascertained by a joint vote of the House of Commons and the House of Lords, to have rendered exceptional services to the country?
