Mr. BILLINGasked the Secretary of State for War whether, in the case of a single man who was rejected previous to the first Military Service Act, i.e., since August, 1915, and who did not receive a notice to report himself for re-examination by 1st September of this year, as stated in the present Act, he can consider himself exempt from military service?
