Sir H. DALZIELNow that the House has accepted the practice of sitting three days a week, I would like to make an appeal to the Prime Minister whether he could not revise the Schedule and the order in which Questions are now answered. We are at present working under a five-day Schedule with regard to the priority of Ministers and the manner in which Questions are answered. I suggest to the right hon. Gentleman that he might revise that Schedule and give us one for three days, so that both Ministers and Members may know the order in 1862 which Questions will be addressed to Ministers of the different Departments and so that answers may be given?
