§ Dr. ADDISONMy right hon. Friend has received the communication in question. He has been in consultation with the Admiralty and the War Office, and the three Departments are making suitable arrangements to safeguard the rights of inventors and owners of secret processes.
§ Sir W. PEARCEAs the Order provides for complete disclosure to any person nominated by the Ministry of Munitions of any invention or process, may I ask whether great care will be taken in the selection of the persons who are to be so employed?
§ Dr. ADDISONI can assure my hon. Friend that the greatest possible care is taken; all considerations are taken into account.
