§ Lord R. CECILThe Swedish Government having proposed to His Majesty's Government that an official Swedish mission should proceed to this country for the purpose of arriving at an agreement respecting questions connected with the blockade, His Majesty's Government have informed them of their entire readiness to receive such a mission, which it is hoped will strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries. The mission is expected to arrive shortly.
