§ The PRIME MINISTERI will, if I may, answer also a question of which my hon. Friend the Member for Stockport has given me private notice. His Majesty's Government have decided to set up a standing arbitration tribunal to decide during the War questions of wages arising between the Government and its civil employés. The claim referred to in the questions will be submitted to this body.
