§ Captain S. L. GWYNN(by Private Notice) asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether it is the intention of the Government on the question of Irish suspects to establish, so far as possible, uniform treatment in the various places of detention; and, if so, whether he will cause the Governor of Galway Prison to be instructed that such persons may be visited by their friends?
§ Mr. TENNANTI will convey the request of my hon. Friend to the General Officer Commanding in Ireland, and I hope he may be able to give the necessary instruction to carry out the desire of my hon. Friend.
