Mr. SNOWDENasked the Under-Secretary of State for War if discharged soldiers now in civil life who have served not less than twelve years in the Army and who are now under forty-one years of age, and who will be called up under the Military Service Act, will be entitled to discharge during the period of the War on reaching the age of forty-one years?
§ Mr. TENNANTA discharged soldier who is called up under the Military Service Act will be enlisted for the period of the War.
