§ Mr. TENNANTA widower with children dependent on him was treated by the principal Act as a married man. The Bill now before Parliament applies to married men and by consequence also to widowers with children dependent on them.
§ Sir J. D. REESIs the right hon. Gentleman sure that the wording is as clear as the intention?
