§ Mr. PRETYMANAs regards military canteens the Bill has been drawn up in consultation with the War Office, who are satisfied with the provision made. A Clause has been inserted in the Bill to ensure reasonable supplies for "free" on-licence holders, but I am afraid that it is not possible to make special provision for the various other classes of "free" sellers of beer, who must be left to purchase as they are able in the open market.
