asked whether persons born in belligerent countries who have become naturalised British subjects, and whose parents were subjects of belligerent States, are brought within the operation of the Military Service Acts; and, if so, what arrangements have been made as regards the work to be undertaken by these men?

Yes, Sir. Such persons are liable. Arrangements have been made to post them to Labour battalions.
