§ Mr. LONGIt is important that applications for exemption should be decided without delay, and tribunals should not therefore refrain from dealing with applications which are or may come before them as promptly as possible. In so far as it can be done without delay, and in accordance with the Regulations, I think tribunals will be justified in dealing with the cases of unattested married men before those of attested married men.
