Mr. MACMASTERasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether a time-expired man who as recently as six weeks ago was a sergeant and discharged from the Service with the commendation of the colonel commanding his battalion will, on being recalled to the Colours under the new Military Service Act, be entitled to the rank and emoluments that he enjoyed before he was discharged from the Service?
