Mr. ELLIS DAVIESasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether Robert Owen Davies, of 21, Garnon Street, Carnarvon, No. 2139, 6th Battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers, who was wounded at Suvla Bay, discharged from the Army on 23rd February last as medically unfit, has received no allowance since 18th February; and whether, in view of the man's health, he will give immediate instructions that the proper allowance be paid him?
