HC Deb 09 May 1916 vol 82 cc440-1
13. Mr. MacCALLUM SCOTT

asked the Under-Secretary for War whether, in view of the scale of the supply of trench mortars and ammunition, he will state whether the facilities for training have expanded in adequate proportion; and whether he will take steps to see that adequate facilities for training are provided both here and abroad in the use of trench mortars?

Mr. TENNANT

This matter has not been overlooked. The requisite arrangements are made, and as the scale of supply increases training facilities are expanded.
