GREYThe Governments of both countries have taken power to requisition all German ships lying in their ports, and it is, I believe, intended in both cases to make the utmost use of the vessels concerned. If there are other points on which the hon. Member wishes a comparison established, I must ask him to specify them more exactly in order that the necessary information may be obtained if not already available.
