HC Deb 14 March 1916 vol 80 c1893
88. Mr. PETO

asked the Home Secretary whether he is aware that, although pamphlets entitled "How the War Began," "Belgium and the Scrap of Paper," and "Persia, Finland, and the Russian Alliance" have been confiscated by the police under the Defence of the Realm Act, they are still to be obtained from the National Labour Press, Limited, 30, Blackfriars Street, Manchester; and whether he proposes to take any steps to prevent the defiance of the law by this organisation?

Mr. SAMUEL

I am making inquiry about this matter and I will communicate with the hon. Member.
