§ Mr. BIRRELLNo such alteration as that alleged in the question was made in the scheme approved by the Estates Commissioners for the allotment of the lands. The allottees have signed purchase agreements for their respective allotments and have been placed in possession, and the question of the distribution cannot be reopened.
