Mr. WATTasked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been called to the fact that men are being accepted for clerical service under the Military Service Act, 1916, who are admittedly unfit for military service; and, if so, will he say why this is done, having regard to his pledge that there would be no industrial compulsion under that Act?
