§ Mr. McKENNAAs regards the first part of the question I am not at present in a position to add to the information given in reply to questions by the hon. Member for Westmeath, North, on 4th January last. The information asked for in the 1214 last part of the question will be found in House of Commons Paper, No. 309, of 1915, and the corresponding returns for previous years.
