Mr. BUTCHERasked the Secretary to the Local Government Board whether the Statutory Committee, acting under Section 3, Sub-section (3), of the Naval and Military War Pensions, etc., Act, 1915, have appointed a special Sub-Committee, including representatives of employers and of labour, to make provision for the care of disabled officers and men; and when the names of such Committee can be announced?
