§ 38. Mr. PETOasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps the Government proposes to take, either by enforcing the provisions of the Defence of the Realm Act or otherwise, to put a stop to the publication in this country in the "Labour Leader" and other journals, or in the form of leaflets, of matter calculated to be of use to the enemy in adversely influencing public opinion in neutral countries by conveying erroneous information as to public opinion in this country on the subject of the Military Service Act, the production of munitions, and other questions vital to the prosecution of the War?
Mr. SAMUELI would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for the Elland Division on the 17th January.
