§ Mr. TENNANTTrebitsch Lincoln was employed in the Postal Censorship for about a month, from the 20th August, 1914, to read Hungarian letters. His work was unsatisfactory, and shortly after being reprimanded for annotating letters, he expressed a wish to retire, and his resignation was accepted. As regards the last part, the usual references were aked for and given.
